Dr. Vsevolod Rudoy, MD
Dr. Rudoy is a dedicated and fully licensed psychiatrist serving the NYC community with over 20 years of medical experience. Dr. Rudoy understands the uniqueness of each patient’s situation and he uses his experience and continued learning to provide outstanding medication management therapy to promote healthy living and a better quality of life for his clients.
Dr. Rudoy is reliable and dedicated to his patients and works in collaboration with them to identify the most effective treatment plan with consultations being catered appropriately to accommodate each individual’s needs and concerns so that they can meet their full potential.

Stacey L. Coleman-Mitchell
Ms. Stacey L. Coleman-Mitchell is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, licensed in the states of California, Georgia, New York, Arizona, Florida, and Washington.
Ms. Coleman-Mitchell started her educational training by obtaining her Associate of Science in Nursing from Gordon University and later went to Chamberlain University graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Soon after, Stacey received her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. She is committed to working together with her clients monthly to ensure they are receiving the best care possible.
Stacey decided to become a nurse because she wanted to have a positive impact on the lives of her clients – whether it is addressing an overlooked complaint or educating clients about diagnoses and medication management. Stacey takes great pride in caring for her clients.
Stacey joined Rudoy Medical PC AKA LocalMD because she wants to work for an organization that always puts the client first to provide the best possible care. When Stacey is not caring for her clients, she enjoys traveling, watching old movies, and spending time with her husband and granddaughter. Stacey also enjoys doing charity work in my community.

Amy McDonnell
Amy McDonnell is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who works with children, adolescents, and adults suffering from mental health disorders. Amy provides evaluations, prescribes medications when needed, and provides follow-up in order to assist patients to overcome mental health challenges. Amy believes that each patient should be treated as an individual and individualized treatment is critical to move forward on the path toward mental wellness.
Amy is a trained Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of experience in psychiatric nursing, with 5 years of experience as a nurse practitioner. Amy holds an MSN from the University of South Alabama and is currently working to complete her doctorate.

Manda Winseman, LMSW
Mandy earned a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Southwest Texas State University in 1999. She also earned her Master’s in Social Work from Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, NY in 2001. Mandy has used the therapeutic skills, strategies, and techniques acquired in these programs and through her work experience to help support many individuals, couples, and families through some of the most challenging times of their lives.
Mandy utilizes many different approaches to therapy while offering professional mental health support. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Holistic Psychotherapy are two she believes to benefit the most diverse population of patients. Mandy’s professional experience has included a variety of mental health struggles including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, divorce, grief, and loss

Shahruma Islam, PMHNP
My name is Shahruma Islam. I am a licensed and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner. I have over 10 years of experience in healthcare, of those 6 plus years are in psychiatric mental health nursing. I have worked with patients of all ages diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, substance abuse disorder as well as anxiety, and depression.
I provide comprehensive psychiatric care including diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and therapy to patients. I completed my Bachelor of Nursing from Purdue University and Masters of Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University in the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program.
I am compassionate, open-minded, and attentive to my patients’ needs. I have been recognized multiple times for my extraordinary clinical skills and compassionate care through the Daisy Award Foundation.

Constance Grey
I have been working as an LCSW for over forty years and have an Advanced Degree in Psychotherapy. I have worked in different settings always with the goal of meeting my clients’ needs.
Life is always a challenge and often presents us with many feelings, sometimes overwhelming.
I have experience in treating people who suffer from Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and Addiction, among others. I am an insightful listener and strongly believe in working with people in order to attain their goals and live a more contented life. It is never too late to grow and change.

I continue to combine authentic curiosity with the highest standards of medical education to offer superior and quality care to my clients. I am able to utilize by expertise to focus on the particular needs of an individual to engage in a meaningful collaboration that keeps clients fully informed, involved in their care and moving towards their optimal level of wellbeing and potential.
