Constance Grey

Constance Grey

LCSW (Psychotherapist)

I have been working as an LCSW for over forty years and have an Advanced Degree in Psychotherapy. I have worked in different settings always with the goal of meeting my clients’ needs.

Life is always a challenge and often presents us with many feelings, sometimes overwhelming.

I have experience in treating people who suffer from Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and Addiction, among others. I am an insightful listener and strongly believe in working with people in order to attain their goals and live a more contented life. It is never too late to grow and change.

In my practice, I incorporate a range of therapeutic modalities to cater to the unique needs of each individual. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a cornerstone of my approach, where I help clients identify and challenge distorted thought patterns and behaviors to bring about positive change. Integrative/Holistic Therapy allows me to consider the whole person — body, mind, and spirit — in the healing process, recognizing the interconnection of these elements in overall well-being.

Solutions Focused Therapy is another method I employ, which is particularly effective for clients seeking to address specific problems or goals. This approach focuses on what clients want to achieve through therapy, rather than on the problems that brought them to therapy. Lastly, Client/Patient Centered Therapy is integral to my practice. This approach is based on the understanding that each individual is an expert on their own life and is capable of finding their own solutions when provided with a supportive and non-judgmental therapeutic environment.
